Do you publish your pricing?
Yes, in full, on the page. Every web design company in Eastern Ontario we checked hides its pricing behind a quote form. Three plans and a one-time setup and launch fee, all of it in writing, so you can decide whether to call us without booking a call to find out whether you can afford us.

Setting it up is the small part; keeping it working is the job. The monthly covers hosting, SSL, the domain, daily backups, updates and the changes you ask for — you text or email a change and it gets made, and there is nothing for you to log into. A site nobody maintains stops working within about two years.
See what the monthly care covers →Do you work with more than one business in the same trade?
Not in the same area. Two septic companies in one service area cannot both come first in the same search, so we sign one business per trade per area — otherwise we would be competing against our own client. When a trade in an area is taken, it is taken, and we say so rather than take the money.
Read how the one-per-area rule works →Will my site show up in AI assistants and search?
It is built to be readable by both — structured so search engines and AI assistants can quote your hours, your service area and your plain-language answers. What that does not come with is a promise about where you rank. Nobody controls what those systems do with it, and anyone who guarantees you a position is selling something.
See the four things we do put in writing →What if it does not work out?
Cancel inside the first ninety days and you owe nothing on the setup fee. After your initial term it is thirty days’ notice, from either side, no reason needed. The site is live within 30 days or your first month is free.
Read the guarantees in full →Do I own the website?
You are leasing it, and we say so on the first page rather than letting you find it in year two. The domain, your Google Business Profile, analytics, every lead and customer record and the photos we shoot are in your name from day one. The site files stay with us until you buy them, and that price is printed rather than negotiated.

Our prices only move when our costs do — never because we added a feature. If costs ever force a change, you’ll hear it from us in advance, with the reason.
